These terms apply to your use of bbestpestcontrol.com and to services and communications from B.B.E.S.T. Pest Control. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide pest control inspections and treatments. Service details, pricing and any guarantees are confirmed at booking or on your service agreement. Scheduled times are arrival windows and may change because of weather, traffic or emergencies.

Scheduling and cancellations

Office hours are Monday–Saturday, 7:00 am–7:00 pm. After-hours emergency service is handled by text and is subject to an emergency fee. Please contact us as early as possible to reschedule or cancel.

SMS / Text Message Terms

  • Program: B.B.E.S.T. Pest Control Customer Notifications.
  • What you’ll receive: appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival updates, service follow-ups and customer support replies. We do not send marketing messages through this program.
  • How you opt in: by agreeing verbally when booking with our office, or by checking the text-message consent box on our website form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message frequency: varies, typically a few messages per scheduled service.
  • Costs: message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You’ll get one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to rejoin.
  • Help: reply HELP, call 708-910-1742, or email chicagooffice@bbestpestcontrol.net.
  • Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
